Kevin's Life

I'm 25 now but I have been trying to do real estate since I was 18. At first I wanted to buy real estate and rent it out. I thought it was super awesome. What's better than owning homes and renting them out? In the end you can set up your business on autopilot. You have others do what you where doing as an hourly job. This is my goal! Super Stress FREE! \(^.^)/ Then I'll have all the time to pursue my real goal of becoming a professional race car driver. For some reason racing sets me free. It gives me euphoria. Its a shame its a very expensive sport.
I graduated high school when I was 18. I told my mother I wanted to do real estate. She pointed me to Tarbell Realtors. She said they were hiring. I went to my local Tarbell Realtors office and I applied. The lady that interviewed me was the nicest and oldest lady ever. I had no idea what she saw in me but she forward the app to the manager and the next day later I was in Tarbell Realtor School. Unfortunately I didn't get to far. I was the only 18 year old in Tarbell at the time and nobody took me seriously. I dressed up in a suit every day I went to work. I went out talking to people but nobody took me seriously. How can a baby sell a 500k home? I passed my State Realtor Exam and got my license. After trying for a year with my dashing baby looks my parents said I should just go to college. So I said well by the time I get my AA I should be 20yrs old. That should do it.
I graduated with an AA in Accounting and now I'm working on my BA in Marketing. I saved my money and bought a rare car so I can build credit with full intention of me selling it after I established credit. 3 years later I sold the car and now I have money. I still have one more car that I need to fix and resell. I've noticed there's a lot negative people out there including stupid lawyers and real estate agents. I talked to a real estate lawyer and asked him about back to back closing/and or assigns to type deals and he said it was fraud. FRAUD like really and then he kicked me out. I went looking for a realtor so I went back to my old employer Tarbell Realtors and talked to some friends. Nobody had ever heard of back to back closing. I talked to my old manager and he contacted Tarbell's Lawyers. Tarbell Lawyers said YES! It is legal and possible to do these kind of deals but we TARBELL do not do them because of liability issues. So there went my realtor. The second realtor I talked to knew everything I was talking about. She even knew which escrow and title company to use. She even said she new a person that would lend the money for the abc transaction if I needed it. Then for some weird reason she offered me a job and said she wouldn't help me. WHO DOES THAT!? I emailed every Coldwell Banker and REMAX manager in a 50 mile radius. I also emailed about 20 real estate agents. Nobody ever answered back. I have to say there is a lot of FING negative people in my area. I'm trying to race cars and all these people since I was 18 have been pooping on my dream. I'm sick and tired of it. So I have decided to poop on them. I'm going to call every Escrow company and Title company in my area and find out if they are familiar with abc transactions. If they say yes then I made it because they will give me a real estate agents name and number that knows what I want. If I don't find one in my area then I guess I'll become a realtor myself again or I'll just move to an area where they know what an ABC Transaction is.
